Great episode. I really enjoyed the vocation segment. One question, you said that Chartreuse has to be made by monks to Chartreuse but then later talked about different brands of it. How can there be different brands if it is only made by a monks at a particular monastery in France?
All under 1 umbrella, but different brands coming out of it. They make lots of different kinds of Chartreuse but all coming out of the same place. They make 7 different kinds.
Thanks!
